Peacefully at the The Teresa Dellar Palliative Care Residence in Kirkland, Quebec on Tuesday, September’s 7th, 2021, at the age of 69 years.
Gary, beloved son of Lorna (Wall) and Robert, brother of Lorne Miess (Irene), the late Karen (David Moore). He was the cherished uncle of Daniel and Samantha Miess and Nicholas Moore. Gary attended Sherbrooke Elementary, Lennoxville Elementary, Lennoxville High School and Stanstead College. Gary did the western swing for a number of years driving trucks before returning to Quebec in the early 80s. He settled on the lawn care industry and walked more miles than you could ever imagine. He was known for his love of dogs, which he had many and his friends will tell you he was easy going and his laugh was one of a kind.
A short graveside service is planned for the family and will be held at the Malvern Cemetery in Sherbrooke (Lennoxville), on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 2 p.m.The Reverend Heather Thomson officiating.
