It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Suzanne Boucher (Labrie) at the age of 81 on March 13, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer. She will be missed by her husband of 57 years, John Boucher, her daughter Natalie (Craig Lindsay), her son Christopher (Christine Gustin), and her grandchildren Taylor, William, Jaden, and Darren.
Suzanne grew up in Beebe, Quebec, the daughter of Laurette Labrie (Bergeron) and Eugene Labrie. Beloved sister to Pierrette Marsh (Michael), Marcelle Goudreau (Georges), Gerald, Michel, and Richard.
Suzanne began her career as a secretary at Spencer’s and later became an immigration officer with Customs and Immigration Canada. She remained busy with her many creative passions. A talented artisan, she leaves behind a multitude of beautiful handmade items which will be cherished by many. She was an active member of the Cercle des Fermières and was always happy to share her skills and knowledge with others.
The family would like to thank the entire staff at the Palliative Care Unit at the Magog Hospital. Their amazing care and support was more than we could have ever imagined.
If you wish, donations can be made in her memory to the Palliative Care Unit at the Magog Hospital: L’Envolée au Centre de santé et de services sociaux de Memphremagog, 50 Rue St-Patrice Est, Magog QC, J1X 3X3.
A celebration of Suzanne’s life will be held at a later date.

I am so saddened to hear of Suzanne's passing. I have such fond memories of our families being neighbours and the many acts of kindness that your family has always shown toward mine, especially my parents. Suzanne was a dear person through and through. She will be sadly missed by so many.
