TOZER OAKLEY, Rose

1934 - 2019

It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Mrs. Rose (Tozer) Oakley at the Centre D’Hebergement De Richmond on January 2, 2019 at the age of 84. She was the daughter of the late Percy Tozer and the late Irene Amnotte. Wife of Lloyd Oakley, Mother of Charles(Sheila McCourt), Donna(Bob)Beson, Grandmother to Stephanie Oakley(Marc Normandin), Robert(Gillian Graham)Beson, Great Grandmother to Aydan Normandin, Sister, Helen(late Vince)Springer, Sister of the late Kenneth, nieces and brothers and sisters in-laws.

Visitation will take place at the St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, Melbourne Quebec on Saturday June 8, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. followed by a celebration of life at 11 a.m. Interment at the St. Andrew’s Cemetery.

We would like to give special thanks to Dr. Charles Cormier, and to all the workers at the Centre D’Hebergement De Richmond and the CLSC Richmond.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate any donations to a charity of your choice.
