DALTON, Robert

1942 - 2023

Passed away peacefully at CHUS Fleurimont on Thursday, October 12, in his 81st year.

He was the loving husband of the late Kathleen George; dear father of Heidi (Tony), Tim (Annie) and Jason; loving grandfather of Daphnée (Gabriel), Guillaume (Gaiëlle), Kaitlyn (Angus) and Taylor (Drake); and great-grandfather to Theodore. He is survived by sisters Pat (Jean), Janice (Serge) and brother-in-law Gordie (Patty). He was predeceased by sister-in-law Peggy and brothers-in-law Robert and Walter. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will take place at Cass Funeral Home Richmond, 295 Principale Street South, on Saturday, October 28, 2023, between 1:00 pm and 4:30 pm. A graveside service will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Terry Fox Foundation qc@terryfox.org would be appreciated by the family.

Bob was a very good friend of my late father Mike. Whenever they were together either golfing or sharing a beer, there was never a shortage of big laughs and good times.
