1934 - 2022

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of John Wesley Nichol at the Centre Santé CHSLD Coaticook on May 26, 2022, at the age of 87 years.

John will be remembered by his wife Eva-Mae Sarrasin, his daughters Cindy (Sean), Judy (Mike), granddaughter Kate, great-granddaughter Charlotte, step-daughter Paula (Patrick), step- granddaughter Kenzie, step-grandson Jenson, sisters-in-law Yvette and Lynda Sarrasin, niece Debbie, nephew Chris, many cousins and friends.

John was predeceased by his father Wesley and mother Blanche, grandson David, brother Robert and his uncle Howard.

Visitation will take place at Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College Street, Sherbrooke (Lennoxville), on Sunday June 5, 2022, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, followed by a graveside service at 1:30 pm at Malvern Cemetery, Moulton Hill Road, Lennoxville Quebec.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Waterville United Church or the Malvern Cemetery would be appreciated.

To the Nicol Family,

Sincere sympathy to the Nicol family in the loss of a very special person to all. I remember John at Nicol's store along with his Brother, Father and Mother and Uncle. Years have gone by since I was in Lennoxville but remember it well. We Bassett's shopped there all the time. I met Cindy at Bishop's when SHS had their reunion years ago.
