BERTRAND, Gilles

Passed away at the CHUS Hotel-Dieu on July 21, 2022, at the age of 68. Beloved son of the late Gérard Bertrand and the late Rosa Hamel.

Gilles leaves to mourn his two sons, Mark (Anne-Marie Roman) and Jeffery (Michelle McCrie), his brothers and sisters, Denise (Serge Grondin), Carmen (the late Denis Gaulin), the late Roger (Lorraine Cuttingham), Jeannine (Paul Hacker), Micheline (Gaétan Inkel), Jean-Pierre (Lucie Lavallée), Daniel (Diane Gaudreau), Marcel (Rita Spooner) and Pauline. He also leaves to mourn the mother of his children Linda Connor, his good friend Richard Laplante, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family would like to thank the Oncologie department at the CHUS Fleurimont for the excellent care given to Gilles.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the CHUS Foundation, would be greatly appreciated.

The burial will take place, on September 4th, at 10h45, at the Malvern Cemetery, Lennoxville.
