It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gail Hill after a lengthy illness, on July 17 at the age of 80.
She was the beloved wife of the late Peter; cherished ‘’Ma’’ of Lori (Rick) and Steven (Julie); awesome Nanny to Alexander (Andréane), Tyler, Riley, Rhiannon and Declan.
Gail was predeceased by her parents Wilfred ‘’Allie’’ and Marguerite. She is survived by her dear brother Bobby (the late Myrna) and was predeceased by her sisters Velma (the late Howard) and Shirley (the late Billy). She leaves to mourn her sister-in-law Joan (Bob), brother-in-law John (Marj) and sister-in-law Suzy (the late Michael). She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends whom she loved deeply.
Many thanks to the staff of the CHUS Fleurimont who took extremely good care of her in her final weeks.
A graveside service will be held Friday, July 28, 2023 at Ste. Bibiane Cemetery, Richmond at 3:00 pm.

Thinking of you as you navigate this very difficult time.
Auntie Gail fought valiantly, however her illness was even more stubborn than she.
May she know no more pain in her eternal journey and may you hold onto all the great memories and fun times you had with her. She was an original and she will not be forgotten.

Lori, and Steven please accept my deepest condolences for the lost of your Mom. I will surely miss my visits with her, never missed a one when in Richmond.
The heavens have gained another good Angel. May she rest on peace and be reunited with her love Peter Hill.
