Elmer Eugene Andrews - July 15, 1936 - Nov. 27, 2018

It is with great sadness that the family of Elmer Andrews announce the sudden passing of one so dear to us. He leaves to mourn his wife of 56 years, Sheila Coates Andrews; son Dwight (Gina); daughter Lorraine; grandchildren Melissa & Heather Major, Isaac & Amanda Andrews; brothers Lionel (Claudette), James (Georgie); sister Peggy (Yvon), nephews, nieces and many friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Irving & Mildred (Gorham) Andrews; brother Morris; sister Mary.              

Visitation at the Cass Funeral Home, 3006 College St., Sherbrooke (Lennoxville) on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018 from 12 to 2 PM Funeral service at 2 PM followed by internment at the Grace United Cemetery, Brookbury, Rte. 255 (Chemin Joyce) between Bury & Bishopton.

From broken garage windows to home-made wooden zamboni's for the pond, we have so many memories to be grateful for and Mr. Andrews was always a quiet part of all that we did together.

So saddened to hear the Elmer passed away.

Will always remember how he took me and my family for a plane ride before we moved to Ontario in 1989.

I am glad he took up the violin.

He was kind to all, a steady reliable neighbour I am sure and had a great sense of humour. Prayerful thoughts coming from our place.
