HARTLEY, Dale

1954 – 2017

Surrounded by his family, Dale Hartley passed away at the Hôtel Dieu hospital on August 30, 2017 at the Age of 63, husband to Margaret Brus and son of Gordon and Zita Hartley.

He leaves to mourn his sons Michael and Christopher (Laura); his grandchildren Chase and Colton; his brother Wendall (Jean) and their children Gina and Jason.  He is predeceased by his sister Gertrude.  He will also be missed by his aunt, by the Brus family, cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Family and friends will gather at the Cass funeral home, 900, Clough St, Ayer’s Cliff, QC, on Sunday, September 3, 2017 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.   A private graveside service will be held at a later date.

The family wishes to thank the caregivers at the Palliative Care Unit of the Hôtel Dieu Hospital for the excellent care given to Dale.

As a memorial tribute, donations to the DeafBlind Ontario Services, 17665, Leslie Street, Unit 15, Newmarket, Ontario, L3Y 3E3, would be appreciated by the family.
