Considering her failing health, she was moved into the Palliative Care room on Norton 3 at the Wales Home on Easter Sunday, where she passed away surrounded by family.
Grammie was the youngest daughter of Rufus and Edith Lebourveau.
Predeceased by her husband, Thomas Bewick; daughters and sons in law Isabelle and Ronald Chapman; Barbara and Dale Leonard.

The family would like to thank all the Caregivers and Nursing staff for the wonderful and compassionate care she received for the 2 years that she lived at the Wales Home, on Central and Norton 3. As well, thank you to Brendalee for her regular visits and for bringing Stella to visit her.
In lieu of flowers, the family would invite that a donation be made to the Wales Home Foundation in Sara's memory.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be a private funeral with family only.
